Enjoy this trendy spicy twist on a classic Paloma cocktail. A typical Paloma uses tequila, but we've opted for agave spirit. Where tequila only comes from the Mexican state of Jalisco, agave spirit is a distilled liquor with similar characteristics (made from the sap extracted from the blue agave plant) that can be produced anywhere else (ie a “tequila” that is produced outside of Jalisco ).
